RAW MATERIALS

We have already stored in our plant about 1.5 Million tons of raw materials Besides it, we have signed agreements for different types of materials for current and future production. We are accumulating it daily.

IRON SLAG 

Processing Iron Slag and  producing steel skull scrap  and different sizes of slag aggregates and  powders                                               .

LIME STONE

Processing Limestone &  producing good quality Limestone aggregates , sub bases, Sub-grades , filling materials and boulders for road and construction industry

RIVER STONE

Supply of different types of river stone aggregates , dune sand , screened dune sand and gabbro products to our valued customers      

 

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

The plant is built near the Mesaieed Industrial City, 55km south of capital City of Doha and total size area is 375,000 Sq.mtr. The Special double line Magnetic Crusher plant was supplied and erected M/s MEM, Italy.

We can crush two different types’ materials (SLAG & LIMESTONE or SLAG & GABBRO or any other combination according to Customer’s requirement) at the same time or we use both lines for same material.

The capacity of the plant is 600MT / hour. The magnetic Devices were supplied by M/s Gauss Magneti, Italy. The company has in-house power generation plant, and will not be dependent on the grid power for its electricity requirements.

We have a fleet of cranes, excavators, hydraulic jackhammers, bulldozers, graders, shovels, trucks, tankers etc. All the equipments are from world class brands such as Caterpillar, Case Poclain and Mercedes Benz etc.
