Our products are packed in 100g, 200g or with
variable weight up to 2kg sliced smoked salmon
fillet. For HORECA costumers we can supply fixed
weight per slice as we use the latest technology of
slicers that can weigh and scan the salmon before
slicing. The angle of the knife and thickness of the
slices can be adjusted automatically so all slices
are of precise weight.
