Amiantit Qatar Pipes Company (AQAP) was
established in 2007 in Doha, Qatar, with a
cumulative experience of more than 90 years.
The Company has grown steadily and successfully
to become a leading player in the industrial
pipes business in Qatar.

The facility in the New Industrial Area in Qatar
manufactures pipes in sizes up to 4,000 mm in
diameter for underground, aboveground, and
sub-aqueous installations in accordance with
the latest international standards. AQAP partners
with Flowtite Technology, and its technical
department provides analyses in stress, finite
element, surge and other engineering services.

The factory has a production of 500 km of
pipes per year. Its current production capacity is
55,000 tons per year. AQAP is an ISO 9001:2008,
ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified
company. It started exporting a year after its
inception in 2008.
